What to Have Ready When You Call
You don't need anything to call — but if you can tell us these, the visit goes faster:
- Where you are — address, or a landmark if you're stranded ("the public beach access on Okaloosa Island" works fine).
- What's locked — house, business, car, safe, golf cart, motorcycle. For vehicles, the make, model, and year.
- What happened — lost keys, keys locked inside, broken key, lock not turning. Each has a different fix.
- Proof it's yours — for lockouts we verify you have a right to be let in. An ID matching the address, a registration, or similar. It protects you as much as anyone.
Why No Contact Form?
Because locksmith problems are time problems. A form that gets read "within one business day" is useless when you're standing in a parking lot at 11 PM. The phone gets you a human immediately, the human gets you an answer immediately, and if the job's not urgent, you can just as easily call to schedule for later in the week — rekeys, smart lock installs, and camera work all book by phone too.
